Description: This internship will involve investigating salient object detection techniques in the context of object detection and tracking. The successful applicant will be given the freedom and flexibility to explore his/her solutions, and will also have the guidance and support of experienced full-time Xerox researchers that work on this topic.
- Enrollment in a graduate program (PhD program is a plus)
- Strong knowledge in computer vision and in machine learning
- Strong development skills in either C/C++, Matlab, or Python
- Fluent in written and oral English
- Highly motivated
