Description: Research and development of innovative methods of image- and scene analysis on RGB- and RGB-D images, or image sequences; real-time scene reconstruction, contextual scientific visualization, or physically based particle simulation (e.g. for fluids). Your profile:
You acquired both, a good scientific degree (master-level) in Informatics, Mathematics or Electrical Engineering, whereby your main focus is on Computer Graphics or Computer Vision, as well as a very good command of the English language, both, spoken as well as written.
Moreover, we expect very good knowledge in object oriented programming (C++) under Linux/Unix or Windows, and solid skills in programming graphics hardware (GPUs).
In case of a post doc application, we moreover expect excellent PhD grades in the fields of Informatics, Mathematics or Electrical Engineering with a clear relation to Computer Graphics or Computer Vision, which finds reflection in pertinent high-level publications.
