Author Registration
Conference papers - all conference papers *MUST* have at least one registered author (this can be a student) no later than the conference paper camera-ready deadline (September 25). One person can register multiple papers as long as that person is a co-author on each of the papers.
Workshop papers - all workshop papers *MUST* have at least one registered author (this can be a student) no later than the workshop camera-ready deadline (October 14).
Tutorials - all tutorials *MUST* have at least one registered organizer (this can be a student).

Registration Details
Early registration ends November 16 11:59pm EST
Standard registration begins November 17 12:00am EST
There will be no on-site registration, all attendees must register online.

All Passport Registrations include: Admission to all technical sessions, all workshops, all tutorials, refreshment breaks, all receptions, and one USB copy of the proceedings.
A One-Day Workshop/Tutorial Pass is valid for one day only (either Sunday, Thursday, or Friday). Registration instructions - from the registration link, select correct member/nonmember type. Input personal data. Later you will be asked to choose conference registration or one day only.

Letters of Invitation

List of all countries that need a visa to visit Chile

To request an invitation letter to obtain a Tourist Visa to visit Chile, please do the following:

  1. Send an email with the request to Cecilia, please include the following information:
    1. Complete Name
    2. Passport number
    3. Affiliation
    4. Location of the Chilean Consulate where you will request the Visa.
    5. If you have an accepted paper please also include the information.
  2. After we process the request, you will receive an email indicating that you can go to the Chilean Consulate to obtain the Visa. Just bring the email with you.
  3. The Chilean Visa has a validity of 90 days, so given that the conference is in mid-December, please wait until mid-September to start the process to obtain the Visa.



Updating a Registration
You can update your registration or make a substitution-- enter your email, select already registered, enter password. Then select "finalize" and the optional items page will appear. Input your number of pages and proceed to payment.
